He is not a handyman or person claiming to know how to do plumbing. A lot of home owners are fooled by these imposters and pay the price. It's a shame because when things don't turn out nicely they blame the "plumber". The one who wasn't a plumber to begin with. I'm constantly redoing these handyman jobs.

The licensed master plumber is a tradesman who was first an apprentice, then a journeyman who accumulated years of hands on experience under the supervision of a master plumber. New York City requires it's licensed plumbers to have seven years of plumbing experience before they qualify to be tested .
