Trust, knowledge and workmanship are what set Master Plumber Christopher Stehling apart from the pack. And these three qualities are what the homeowner should consider when choosing a plumber to work in their house.
Trust
Mr. Stehling has grown his business by word of mouth. People don't recommend a plumber they don't trust. Watertight Plumbing & Heating's clients recommend the company with confidence because they sense that Mr. Stehling always has their best interest in mind.
Knowledge
Mr. Stehling’s clients know that he's prepared to make a fix or replace a fixture using the most up-to-date tools available, backed by 20 plus years of plumbing and heating experience.
Mr. Stehling holds multiple Master Plumber licenses. He began working under a Master Plumber in 1989 and became one himself six years later. That year, in 1995, he incorporated Watertight. He has a Master Plumber's license from New York City, which is a two year process and considered to be the most difficult to obtain in New York State.
Never one to rest on his laurels, this Master Plumber continues to keep up on the latest equipment and skills through training classes and trade journals.
"You have to be committed and dedicated,” he says.
Workmanship
With a deep understanding of the plumbing code, which protects the customers health and property, Mr. Stehling knows the do's and don'ts when it comes to your drinking water, gas supply, and heating equipment.
In his work, Mr. Stehling often comes across unsafe or incorrect jobs done by someone who was not a Master Plumber and didn't have the knowledge necessary to do it right.
"I help people get the most value for their dollar by doing the job safely and correctly the first time," he says.
